THE EVENT

We developed the overall look and feel of the conference, transforming the venue with bespoke set-build elements, stage design, furniture and seating. A custom-designed lightbox formed part of the event design, alongside carefully considered furniture and styling to create a cohesive setting for the two-day programme.

BEHIND THE SCENES

Working with a US-based team meant taking responsibility for the production details here in London, making sure everything was organised and ready ahead of the event. We managed pre-production, coordinating the design elements and practical arrangements with the teams involved. On-site, we provided production and styling support, along with event coordination throughout the conference.

THE RESULT

A fully designed and produced two-day conference, bringing together bespoke design elements and coordinated event production for Amazon's London gathering.
